The Service
DCI — Dina Color Intelligence is a professional educational and knowledge platform for hair colorists, stylists and salons, providing formula intelligence, hair science education and diagnostic guidance.
Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment
Information provided by DCI — including formula entries, diagnostic guidance and any AI-assisted suggestions — is intended to support, not replace, the professional judgment of a trained colorist. DCI is not responsible for the outcome of any color service performed using this information.
User Accounts
DCI uses passwordless, email-based sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for the accuracy of the information associated with your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use DCI only for lawful professional purposes, not to share your account access with others, and not to attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual Property
The DCI curriculum, formula intelligence entries, branding and software are the property of DCI and Dina Laurent, and may not be copied, redistributed or resold without written permission.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are not yet active. Some plans and features described on this site are in preparation for a future private beta and paid launch. No payment is currently being collected through DCI.
Limitation of Liability
DCI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DCI and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The professional using DCI remains responsible for all client-facing decisions and outcomes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DCI for violation of these terms. You may stop using DCI at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent update.
